Sanssouci Palace Potsdam

The favorite place of retreat of Frederick the Great was located on the vineyard terraces of the Sanssouci park. The inside is open to the public and still contains the originally preserved furnishings from the 18th century. In 1991, the corpse of the king was buried next to his summer residence. Visitors can enjoy a great view from the palace across the park and the western part of Potsdam. In addition to individual visits to the palace, visitors can also book classical and scenic tours through the palace.
